Fresh-O-Matic

The Fresh-O-Matic by Nemco can heat, refresh and serve hundreds of hot foods, from rolls, tortilla shells to frozen veggies. The FOM has a hermetically (airtight) sealed water reservoir that reduces leaking. Using distilled wa-ter prevents the hard water deposits that can build up in the holes and prevent efficient steam generation. The electronic control board delivers the precise amount of steam to the food. Very easy to use -simply push the button to actuate. The FOM also has a low indicator light, so when the unit is low on water the red light will come on and when it is out of water the red light will blink.
